Munin Sports offers a 30 day risk-free trial for m-station purchases

As an alternative to offering demo units we offer a 30-day full refund policy. This allows you to thoroughly test your m-station before making a decision on whether or not to fully commit.

Returns
Munin Sports have a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you want to return an item purchased online at muninsports.com, you have the option of returning or exchanging it within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be disassembled and in the original packaging including all parts, tools, and manual.

You must be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do only accept returns if the customer have been in contact with us before returning the goods and received guidelines for the return in advance. Prior to starting any step of the return procedure, please contact support@muninsports.com.

Shipping
Return of goods is at your own expense when returning for a refund. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

When returning goods, you must ensure that they are securely packaged. You are liable for the package/goods until we receive them. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please keep your postal receipt and any tracking number, if applicable.

If you cancel your order within the cancellation period, the goods should be returned to our warehouse in Denmark if you are based in Europe:

Refunds
When we have received the returned goods and checked that they meet the requirements for your right to cancel, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your returned goods.

We will also notify you if the item met the conditions for the full refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.

If you are returning the product for a replacement we will refund your shipping costs.
